Dr. Michael Jones is committed to empowering individuals of all abilities to move with confidence, build strength, and reclaim independence through inclusive, adaptive, and evidence-based care.
 
With more than 10 years of experience, Dr. Jones has dedicated his career to helping people overcome physical limitations and achieve meaningful goals,whether that means returning to sport, improving daily function, or simply moving through life with greater confidence. He began his professional journey as an Athletic Trainer at the University of California, Berkeley, working with Division 1 athletics, where he developed a deep appreciation for performance, resilience, and individualized care.
 
Motivated to make an even greater impact, Dr. Jones earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Over the years, he has worked with an incredibly diverse population, ranging from elite professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, and MLS to individuals navigating life after stroke, falls, hospitalization, or with other health conditions.
 
Dr. Jones has a particular passion for working with adaptive populations striving to improve their quality of life. As an Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer (AIT), he believes that everyone regardless of diagnosis, disability, or starting point deserves access to high-quality training and rehabilitation that is safe, challenging, and purpose-driven. His approach focuses on meeting each person where they are, adapting strategies to fit their abilities, and building long-term confidence through movement.

Dr. Jenna Jones is a Physical Therapist and Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She began her career by completing a Neurologic residency with the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Her experience has spanned from working with mechanically ventilated patients in the trauma ICU to working in an outpatient setting with retired NFL players diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and post-concussion syndrome with many diagnoses and ability levels in between.
 
Her passion is helping people with Neurologic disorders return to their highest level of function and activities that they love. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, traveling and working out! 

Dr. Aubrey Hall is a licensed Physical therapist that has been helping patients achieve their functional goals for the past 5 years. He obtained a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Troy University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samford University.

Aubrey began his career as an outpatient physical therapist treating a wide range of patients from pediatric to geriatric, all obtaining orthopedic related injuries. He then moved over to become an inpatient physical therapist specializing in trauma related injuries, various abdominal surgeries, and joint replacements. No matter what your current physical status or goal is, Dr. Hall can help you achieve your goals of returning your functional independence.

In his spare time, Aubrey enjoys volunteering at his church as a youth leader for youth groups and teens.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Dr. Brendan Bak has been a physical therapist serving the local community for over 5 years. Dr. Bak received his Bachelors of Science from the University of North Florida and immediately began to pursue a career in physical therapy. After receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern, Dr. Bak returned to Jacksonville and immediately began working in an orthopedic/sports outpatient setting. Three years in to practicing, Dr. Bak furthered his specialization in orthopedics by completing a 1 year long orthopedic residency program with the Brooks Institute of Higher Learning. 
 
In addition to his advanced training in orthopedics, Dr. Bak enjoys working with geriatric patients to improve their gait and balance so that they can confidently do their day to day tasks and have a higher quality of life. Dr. Bak will help you address your  musculoskeletal concerns and help reach your goals!

Dr. Elizabeth Bindert is a licensed Physical Therapist dedicated to serving the Jacksonville community and helping patients achieve their individualized goals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she competed in cross country and track. Liz then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver.

Liz began her professional career in Denver, where she treated a diverse outpatient population, including neurologic, geriatric, vestibular, and orthopedic patients. This experience challenged her to continually grow as a clinician and refine her approach to patient-centered care.

She is passionate about empowering patients to reach their highest level of function. Liz has a particular interest in treating neurologic conditions, as well as addressing balance, strength, and vestibular impairments. She firmly believes that movement is for everyone and strives to make therapy both accessible and meaningful for each individual.

Outside of the clinic, Liz enjoys running, weightlifting, spending time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
