Neurologic Physical Therapy In Jacksonville

Helping you move with greater confidence, independence, and purpose.

Neurologic conditions can affect the way you move, walk, balance, and participate in everyday life. At Apex Rehabilitation & Training, we provide individualized physical therapy designed to help people with neurologic conditions improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.

Our approach goes beyond simply exercising. We focus on meaningful movement and functional goals—whether that means walking more confidently, navigating your home safely, improving your ability to participate in the community, or returning to activities you enjoy.

Every person’s experience is different. Your rehabilitation plan is built around your abilities, challenges, environment, and goals.
